Building Owner and the HS Coordinator according to BaustellV

Building owner and HS Co-ordinatorSince January 15th, 1999, the use of safety and health coordinators (HSC) is prescribed by the BaustellV. This subject is always current, and it raises questions regarding the liability of builders in cases of accidents and the design of contracts.
 
Additionally, the choice of the “right coordinator” is difficult for the builders since there are significant differences concerning the offers and different qualifications of the HSC.
 
The regulations on occupational safety on construction sites – RAB 30 describes the tasks and qualifications necessary for the performance as a coordinator. Further explanations to RAB can be founde
